For 76 years, the St. Mary’s School community has come together with purpose and generosity to provide a Catholic education in a Christ-centered environment, dedicated to academic excellence and promoting truth and charity in service to God and others.
When we meet members of our community, we’re often asked, “What is Advancement?” At St. Mary’s, our Advancement Office strengthens the school’s mission through a strategic and integrated approach that includes community engagement, admissions, communications, fundraising, and stewardship. Our goal is always to move forward — ensuring that St. Mary’s continues to thrive today and for generations to come.
Like many nonprofit organizations, our Advancement team focuses on building relationships—with alumni, parents, parishioners, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends—who serve as leaders, ambassadors, and investors in our school’s future.

Tuition covers only part of what makes St. Mary’s exceptional. The Fund for St. Mary’s bridges the gap—supporting academics, arts, athletics, faculty, and tuition assistance. Every gift impacts the current school year and helps us reach this year’s goal of $50,000 to empower students in faith, knowledge, and service. Learn More.
Support School Athletics
Your gift to the St. Mary School Athletics Program helps provide our student-athletes with the equipment, uniforms, and resources they need to grow in skill, teamwork, and character. Athletics are an important part of developing the whole child while fostering sportsmanship and faith. Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Many of our donors like to remember or honor a loved one with a gift to the school. The names of those special persons to be remembered will be published in the Annual Report.
Gifts to the Endowment
An endowment fund is money that is set aside permanently so that the interest from the fund can be used on an annual basis. Because an endowed gift is one in which the principal is never touched, the fund gives our school security and allows people to invest in the future of St. Mary’s. The endowment fund exists in perpetuity, creating a legacy that ensures the future of St. Mary’s School. At the same time, the fund gains interest we can use now to benefit people and programs in our school.
